SUMMER CAMP 2025

Self Care Camp: Nature Crafts and Yoga

  • Monday-Friday 6/9-6/13 9:00-1:00 2025 $800 with codes for insurance reimbursement
  • Ages 5-10
  • Children will get to move, play and explore yoga poses, and work with a variety of nature crafts. Focus on self care and playful engagement with animal poses,  breath work for improved focus, flow, attention, and strengthening. Also great for stress reduction!

RHYTHM & MOVEMENT CAMP

  • Monday-Friday 6/23-6/27 9:00 am-1:00 pm $800 with codes for insurance reimbursement
  • Ages 5-10
  • Build social and playground skills, confidence and coordination with rhythmic, learn new “big and small” games, navigate the ever-dreaded art of losing with more tools for self-regulation
