Welcome to Star Child! This is a platform for parents and caregivers who wish to support their sensitive and intuitive children. We seek to support and validate children in their experiences, through the lens of neuroscience and energy medicine.
Kate Drummond is an occupational therapist who has worked with sensitive children since 1997. After entering motherhood and having her own re-awakening of intuitive abilities, she began to wonder about the kind of sensory sensitive children she was working with.
What if these children experience more than sensory sensitivities?
What if these children are empathic, and intuitively connected, perhaps even more so than neurotypical children?
We will discuss these ideas on this platform, and will offer support based on Kate’s decades as an OT, and near decade of working with adults as an intuitive energy practitioner; combining her expertise of sensory processing, neuroscience, and energy medicine.

Coaching for April’s Topic: Getting Your Child Movement Based Support at Home and in School

Kate will be expanding on the theme of reading your child’s need for movement, and getting them what they need at home in preparation for school, as well as classroom based ideas. Parenting a Sensitive and Intuitive Child with Jenn Streck

Jenn is a gifted psychic medium, and she started her journey when she realized that her daughter had gifts. Jenn began training in various modalities to better understand and support her daughter, which led to her opening up to create her own healing practice. Today, Jenn owns and runs the Full Circle Studio in Inman Park, where she works as an energy practitioner, and supports others who need support.
