It is hard to watch your child challenged with something that you don’t understand and don’t know how to solve. My four-year-old has been “playing” with Alicia for a year and a half. Not only has Alicia diligently navigated his triggers, but she has also managed to navigate mine as they pertain to him. The growth I’ve witnessed in my son, in addition to the growth I’ve experienced as a parent has been a beautiful gift. Alicia is a beacon of light and full of boundless energy. She has the ability to be the ying to his yang and can read him like a book. It is astounding to watch, but what is more impressive are the results we’ve witnessed in our little man. About Play has been a calm to our storm and Alicia remains our constant companion throughout the process.
