Join Maggie Hall, MS, OTR/L for this therapeutic group hike! This hiking group will take place at Island Ford Park and will include group games, hiking, climbing, water play, and exploring the outdoors. The focus will be on building social-emotional skills, group thinking skills, regulation, motor planning, problem solving, and balance, all outside in the elements. Parents are encouraged to take a separate parent walk to take some time in the forest to re-charge, or drop off and pick up at the hiking trail. 

Maggie has several year’s experience with therapeutic hiking groups, and is excited to bring your child out of the clinic and into the tremendous healing power of nature.
