In this 3 session adult occupational therapy group led by Kate Drummond, you will learn a variety of self care tools and rituals to add into your daily, weekly, or as needed routines to feel more connected, grounded, and a greater sense of ease. You will learn a combination of meditations and visualizations, energy tapping sequences, and a variety of bodywork techniques including self Myofascial Release strategies that can all help you feel great in mind and body. Sessions will be held at the AboutPlay Therapy Studio in Grant Park on Saturdays: June 1, 8 and 15 from 10:00-11:00 am. The cost of this 3 session series is $180.
